Do I need to know Sanskrit or have any experience?
No. Beginners are welcome. We teach each mantra slowly, with the meaning and correct pronunciation, so you can chant with confidence from the first session.
Does it work online, or should I come in person?
Both work well. Online sessions are live and guided, so you can chant along from home. In-person sessions add the shared sound of a room, which many people enjoy, especially for sound baths.
How many sessions will I need?
It depends on what you want. Some people feel calmer after one session, but mantra practice works best with regular repetition. After your first call we suggest a plan, and you can decide how far to take it.
How do you choose my mantras?
We look at your birth details, what you are going through now, and what you can realistically practise each day. Then we give you the mantra, the count and the best time to chant it.
Is mantra healing a replacement for medical treatment?
No. It is a calming spiritual practice and should be used alongside, not instead of, medical or mental health care. If you are unwell or struggling, please also speak to a doctor or qualified professional.
What should I prepare for a session?
Find a quiet spot, sit comfortably and keep a glass of water nearby. Wearing loose clothing helps. Keep your birth date, time and place ready if you want a chart-based plan.
